We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were amazing. The only issue was the very sqeaky bathrooom door in our room. Other than that, the room was great, very clean. We had a lovely stay.

All the amenities were very good. Good shopping area a small distance away. Very safe and close to the water and multiple restaurants. Hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. We had a great vacation.

I was there for one night prior to catching a flight back to the US. The hotel is walking distance from the Oriente train station which is a plus. It is a very safe and quiet location which is close to walkable shopping and restaurants.

Travelling with my young kids, would not recommend this property. Room was unkept, towels dirty with holes, bathtub stained, safe was not operational. Check in felt unprofesssional, some of the staff were scrolling on their phones and giggling. Overall, would look elsewhere for a stay.

This hotel is perfectly located for the train station and airport. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are nicely furnished and clean.

Tho hotel was clean and nice, and they were accomodating to early check in and late check out, which was appreciated with young kids. But the bed was awful - it was like sleeping on a 10 year old mattress that the springs no longer worked, so it felt like a rock.
