Okay in a pinch

Pros: Location is good, it’s clean, standard continental breakfast and reasonably priced. Cons: very old & dated and the musty smell is overwhelming, neighbors on either side were loud & walls are super thin. The bed was hard and as dated as the Inn.

Condition of room 8 -in poor repair and questionable cleanliness. I did asked to be moved as soon as I walked in Room 6 and heard the loud tv in 5. Front desk seemed bothered to be asked and let me know, there wouldn’t be any other moves. At least the bedding seemed clean and I slept well. In the morning, a female employee offered my a friendly greeting which was made a positive start to the day.

Outside stairs, no lighting, second-story deck no lighting no lighting in the hallway. Thermostat didn’t work had to use air conditioner to heat. The room walls are falling down electrical hanging out of the feeling bugs in the room.

We usually spend more than this on a hotel room. But it was conveniently located for us. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. I have no complaints. It left us with more than $150 to spend on something else! The owner/manager was very nice and welcoming.

The Inn was as described and had good staff willing to help out. Our lights by the bed did not have a working switch and they were happy to check it out. Definitely a good place to stay right by a nice town in Littleton for activities.

This is a good place to stay and the price was very reasonable. A very good food co-op is just across the street for those looking for supplies. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast had many good options.

Some updating would be a bit helpful. But my room was HUGE and very clean!!! I would definitely stay there again! Nice staff, comfortable bed. LOTS of towels!! Conveniently located. Easy to find from interstate.

Ghetto. Bed was super uncomfortable and squeeky, room kind of smelled. There was no hot water when I got there just a few hours after check in and wasn’t available until the next morning. And when it did come on it kept going from scalding hot to warm the whole shower. Their excuse was it was a full house and it’s like an old house and that’s how it is everywhere then I got attitude after I requested a partial refund for a horrible stay which of course they refused to accommodate. I’d never stay there again and definitely would not recommend. Spend the extra $ for something legit. I’ve had way better stays at motel 6.

The price this establishment charges for the quality of the space is criminal. The bathroom was absolutely filthy and not cleaned prior, with the sink coming unattached from the wall and the shower tile covered in film with broken faucets. The facilities were not updated and in poor condition. The carpet was not vacuumed and the room was humid, musty, and smelled of stale cigarettes. The walls were covered with random stains of nondescript origins. Overall, the room was in pretty poor condition. Given the prices of other establishments in the area, I would either opt to shell out more cash for a hygienic place to shower, or stay in another town altogether.
