It was in the centre of the city and close by to all areas. That was a bonus - and probably why it was so expensive. There was room for better housekeeping however - we had to ask for more towels - water did not drain very well from the sink- there wasn’t spare toilet roll and when I had a shower - no shower gel. Good variety in the breakfast buffet - but ordering eggs could be troublesome. They would arrive after you had finished eating your full english. The croissants could be fresher too - they were dry and hard.

We found the hotel very noisy. The walls betwen the rooms are thin. We could hear the residents next door talking/ciughing/snoring etc so loud it was as if they were in our room! Didnt realise this until late after our evening out so didnt report or ask to swap.rooms as we were only there one night. Our room door shook every time someone walked along the corridor too. Not a restful nights sleep I'm afraid. Probsbly wouldnt stay here again sadly.

Started off by sending me to the 11th floor but my key card hadn’t been authorised. So then back down 11 floors to get it sorted!! Deputy manager (dani?) was fantastic and went above and beyond for me. Bathroom was very small. Great views of the waterfront and good dining options near hotel
