The heater is not functioning properly. We set the temperature to 72°F, but only cold air is coming out. Additionally, the floor was not clean upon our arrival, and there is some trash on the door. We also noticed a lack of hand towels and a hole in the bedding cover. This has been very disappointing.

no hair dryer, which most motels have it. That is disappointed and uncomfortable especially during rainy days. Otherwise are good.

The room was a nice size, the furniture was pretty beat up but not the worst I've ever experienced. The shower was fine. Hot water and decent water pressure. It was very clean and they had good toilet paper. Overall it was a decent stay and for the price I'd go back 100%

The bed had poles on the sides, the room service was poor, there was a lot of graffiti in the bathroom, and there was no power outlet next to the bed to charge a phone. It smelled like urine.

Lampshade and ceiling light not working. Broken cabinet drawers. Refrigerator temp not adjustable because it was covered by ice. Small refrigerator. Table chair is not stable. Requested a replacement, never replaced. Poor cel phone signal (AT&T).

The room looked neglected. There was a roach in the bathroom. The bed mattress was worn out and it felt as if the springs were coming through the mattress. Bring your own soap and shampoos, the soap is as thin as a cracker. Located in a noisy street intersection. I ask if they had a microwave and the said they had one in lobby. There was no lobby, the microwave was on a table under the stairs and it was filthy. Furniture in the room was broken with paint stains. Do your self a favor and don't stay here.
