We stayed at this location for the park and fly ......but enjoyed our stay so much that we booked a room for our return trip to just relax before heading home....the rooms are comfortable fitted with nice linens ....the Sheraton is quiet....its very welcoming....the staff overall is welcoming...its a stay you enjoy...

I would not recommend this

Even the one star I gave is too much the facility for a Sheraton was absolutely atrocious and hygienic old rude staff noisy loud air conditioner I don’t know what else to say. We were stuck for two nights because of the holiday weekend and no other nearby location had availability.

Morning staff was terrible and breakfast service not good. I paid for the breakfast and was not honored and I showed the paid receipt. I called Expedia to correct it to honor. I had terrible experience dealing with the staff at breakfast management. I gave them the breakfast coupon (after talking to Expedia) staff and they were asking me to fill out the form not offering a seat. Very rude and bad service. I left the place not eating and went to front desk asking for manager phone number and she refused to get to the manager and his contact number. I did ask her that I paid through Expedia for the room and breakfast, how come I couldn’t get the breakfast and not the room. She refused to call Expedia. I have recorded the conversation. I would not suggest to go to this place unless things are corrected.
