I spent double the price to get a nice room by the pool. No one told me there would be a pool party that went on loud music until midnight. When I reached out for help they could care less. You could put your earplugs in turn the TV on the 99 all you hear is the thumping. People came in our Casita. discovered the Roosevelt about a year ago. Been there three times last time had six rooms. We will not be returning way too many other options

Charming hotel, good service, quiet. Older hotel with normal tradeoffs — elevators are slow, the TV is low tech, etc. Get to the pool early on the weekend if you want pool chairs. Try the ceviche!

Great and historic hotel! Prices are a bit high, but I stayed here on a birthday getaway so I allowed myself a little splurge. But for the price, the Roosevelt could have offered a complimentary breakfast for hotel guests in a private room. Just a recommendation. 🙂
