Bed too low on floor. Kept hitting my toes on the lower part of platform for bed. Bathtub and sink and area around toilet was dirty upon check in. No toilet paper in the room. Human feces everywhere around hotel and surrounding blocks.

We had to change rooms because there was hair in the bed. The beds on the floor we were not a fan of. Mattress was very uncomfortable. The rooftop staff were excellent very good customer service.
