The hotel is nice new and very clean. The reason I gave it 3 stars is that we were on the first floor and our window was broken. It would not lock so we did not feel comfortable leaving valuables in the room. Or anything for that matter. The TV did not work. I called the front desk and they were able to fix it fairly quickly but come on. This is a new hotel.The other thing is this hotel is kind of like Spirit Airlines. A good initial price, but then they charge you for everything. $10 a night to self park in their parking lot. We had our dog and they had $100 cleaning fee, which is pretty standard. Then on top of that they charge $20 a night for extra cleaning of the room because of the dog. This made our four day stay $180 for the dog alone. When we got to our room, it had a signed post on the door saying they will not be cleaning the rooms because it was Christmas weekend. This is so the staff can spend time with their family. So $20 a night for extra cleaning. With no cleaning being done. I emailed the manager asking them to take the $20 a night off the bill. She assured me they would but then never did. I am still in the process of trying to claw back that $80. I would like to know what all the fees are upfront.
