This place have restricted pool time to 30 minutes only and no more than five people are alowed to enter during those 30 min. I think it's a bit extreme; I didn't feel comfortable with this.

Poor pool access

The biggest disappointment was the pool. This room was picked because of location and pool. The pool was by reservation only and for only 30 min. Huge disappointment

Nice style and open floor plan. Was disappointed in pool usage, had to sign up for a 30 min slot and only 5 allowed we were told. Even though we saw a dozen kids in there at a time. Our room had left over chapstick, dirty balled up sock in bathroom on fooor and candy wrapper on floor in living space. No outdoor “free” dog area like mentioned in description. Breakfast was good and quality was more upscale.

Nice Place,,Don't Count On The Pool/Good Service

The hotel itself was amazing. Very clean, the rooms were nice, breakfast was great, but I had two issues. First, you CANNOT USE THE POOL WITHOUT A RESERVATION. We traveled 9 hours and had planned on our kids being able to get some energy out in the pool when we arrived. No such luck, it was full. Staff seemed very exasperated, but I imagined they had been dealing with unhappy parents due to the pool issue so I let it go. I was able to successfully get a "reservation" the next day, but our plans changed and we weren't' able to even use it. The room did not include a blanket for the sleeper sofa. I called down to request a blanket. Nearly an hour went by, no blanket. I went down to request a blanket. The front desk attendant was accommodating, but returned with a sheet. I explained what I needed, he said he may not be able to get one, housekeeping would have to. Returned with 3 more sheets and that's what I had to deal with that night. Next day, request a blanket again, and finally received it. We needed more towels our second night for baths, I called. Over an hour went by. No towels. Called again, was told housekeeping was fully cleaning a room, would bring them when they were done. (This was 9pm) Gave up and the 5 of us used the two clean towels we had left to dry off. And the towels never did arrive. I have never had such an issue with requesting ANYTHING from guest services anywhere else. I just thank God we didn't need toilet paper.

Not quite as advertised

The hotel was very clean and nicely updated. We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. However, we had to sign up to use the pool in 30 minute time slots. There was also a max capacity of 5, so our entire family of 6 could not use the pool together. We were told we couldn’t even all enter the pool area together, even if one sat out…. even though there were tables and chairs for 24 in the pool area. This would have been a dealbreaker for us if we had known when booking. Housekeeping was by request only- we had to ask the desk for clean towels each day and for the garbage to be emptied. Very nice (included) breakfast and rooms were spacious.
