Great location and easy access to many activities. Parking garage access was easy and allowed in/out privileges for a reasonable price. Hallways and elevators were very hot and not air conditioned. Long wait times for an elevator which intensified having no air. Check in process was very disorganized and check in staff were not helpful. They have two garages and nobody directed us which garage to park but luckily I chose the right one, they informed us upon requesting parking pass that the other garage has been having issues.

My 3 star rating is based on the overall experience. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly but not well trained. The first room we were sent to was occupied, no one told us that we needed breakfast tickets when we checked in. We also did not know we had to pay $30 a day for parking until we arrived. (Expedia was at fault for this). Breakfast buffet was mediocre at best. We will not return or recommend this place to anyone.
