Safe yourself the future trouble and DO NOT BOOK HERE! What a nightmare. The photos looked nice and reviews were decent so I decided to book this for a week long getaway. What an instant regret. The place is DISGUSTING. Rooms not properly clean, Hair all over our floor (not ours) right after checkin, which indicated rooms not properly cleaned before hand. Lobby is run down, grounds are run down. We checked in, went for dinner and booked a last minute stay somewhere else, and quickly checked out. Hotel won’t give me a refund. I was UNABLE TO STAY HERE due to the lack of cleanliness. The bed had a metal rod running down the middle. Who knows what sort of bugs and roaches I would have found in my room if I continued the stay. Horrible grounds, horrible customer service. You should be ashamed you are operating to the public like this. We last minute booked at the Hilton Flamingo and it saved our vacation, they were amazing!!

The staff was amazing, so helpful... Marcia was the best, our go to girl for everything. The room was nice... Not perfect but nice. The only complaints I have is we had to ask for service every day to get clean towels and sheets and the last who did breakfast and runs the bar outside is not very friendly. But all n all we loved it! Definitely recommend. Thank you Marcia for making our trip memorable !!

Nice staff. Clean but older style. Think 90s-2000s, upside is the rooms were bigger then as is here. Caribbean but well maintained. Everything works. Great market nearby and small market w/ essentials downstairs, decent. Gym looked enough for people with experience and those who want to do cardio to be happy. It was closed for Reno when I was there. Great gym nearby, walking distance. Great views. Well priced.

The ocean view room was amazing with the yachts, planes, cruise ships passing by and sunsets. If we had the street view, the experience would have been much different. We lost water a few inconvenient, short times but other than that, it was great. Unfortunately the beach surf behind the facility was very rough so swimming there was not an option.

We had stayed for six nights and did not have hot water in the shower the entire time we were there. We asked at reception multiple times and they had sent up the maintenance crew at least twice. But it was never fixed. The location of the hotel is lovely but the lack of hot water in the shower for the whole trip put a damper on the whole trip. By the third or fourth day, the front desk, while apologetic, did not seem to care and I’m not sure if they even put in the work order to have it fixed. They did give us a late check out when my husband asked as our flight was delayed. He had suggested not putting another guest in the room until the plumbing gets sorted - but it did not seem like that would be the case. We routinely had to ask for a fourth towel as they kept leaving only three. And at times, the beach towels were not available from the front desk as they were being laundered. We will not be staying here again

Got charged for breakfast by the hotel even though it was included. AC was leaking in the room and outside the room. Breakfast was exactly the same for 5 days straight. The hotel is rundowned and needs an overall upgrade. Staff was pleasant

The staff were super nice, pleasant and friendly, they allowed us an early check in, we came from another resort in Simpson Bay. This hotel resort is very dated; the rooms are dated. If not for the wonderful staff, I would not have even given an average rating. I saw some maintenance guys doing some work during our stay, hopefully they bring this resort back to above average.

Im torn here about a review....Been to the property a number of times with good results. This time a pay for an upgrade and get a poor room. Not happy and had to argue for something better. Keep in mind the Sappire has a WIDE range in the quality of the accommodations. Some staff friendly and helpful. Property located in a quiet area with small secluded beach. Wifi worked well and 1 bedroom suites are large with full kitchens. Beds are hard and bathrooms have an awkward tub with shower. 2ND last day my rental car gets stolen out of the secure underground garage!! Security and cameras NO help. I was pretty upset and appreciate the genuine concern from the front desk staff and manager. Parts of the property are showing its age and need work but its clean. I received an excellent price from Expedia. Keep in my other hotels/resorts are considerably more$$$. Please remember this is not a luxury resort and most guests have time shares or own a suite.

On day one after checking in the room key didn’t not work. So the agent had security going with to unlock the room twice that day. On day two they fixed the door in the morning it worked for a few hour later that evening, it mild function again. They had to do the same thing again with security. This was the most ridiculous time I had with this trip, spoke with Sharon the supervisor there was no accountability or accommodation was offered for the inconvenience. My wife had to use the restroom almost went on her self for the issue.
