Would have rated 5 stars as staff, room, breakfasts were all great. Hot tub apparently broke down before Christmas and was out of service (and is still out) our entire 3 day stay. Normally wouldn't dock so much for that, but it was our anniversary and the main reason we booked. Was super disappointing and a bit let down on the stay.

The service was exceptional, especially when learning we were there to bury my mother. I can't thank them enough, everyone from the WEEKDAY kitchen crew, the front desk clerks, and the maids, everyone was truly a pleasure to deal with and helped to make such an awful time a tad more bearable!

The room was on good condition, the front desk staff is very nice and the cleaning crew are very supportive and do a great job cleaning the room and leaving everything in a great condition to sleep and relax. One thing you really need to focus on is the breakfast, as the options are always the same. You should think about including other proteins to the options. I decided to purchase breakfast from a local place, as the meat options were not attractive. The coffee also needs to improve, as the flavor was not the best. You need to understand that visitors see free breakfast as an additional item and for me (being a President status with significant experience staying in hotels), was not the best experience. Just food for thought
