Great location near capitol and walking distance to campus, great restaurants and framers market. Had nice Starbucks, affordable buffet breakfast and we enjoyed the gym, pool and sauna with no crowds. Had a lot of lines at desk and some of the desk communication regarding shuttles and towels for the room could have been better. Everyone was very friendly and was clean. Would stay again!

This hotel is in a great location in downtown Madison. Capitol is across the street and lots of restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the property has gotten older and fixtures are dated. Toilet ran all night and was loud for example.
