The staff was friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and special. The rooms were well appointed with thoughtful things for travelers including, hair irons and tools, converter plugs and chargers. The staff sent over cava for the adults and cookies for the kiddo! And a special sweet treat local to the area for Easter .. overall lovely stay and close to everything!!!

We loved our 4-night stay at this elegant boutique hotel with friendly service. The room as promised was quite large, but what the photos don’t capture is the impressive scale: soaring 12’ ceilings, high end finishes and 9’ doors lend a sense of grandeur. There was a dressing area with two closets, and the big bathroom had an enormous shower with two rainfall shower heads, and separate toilet. The Molton Brown full-sized toiletries were very nice. Food in the restaurant was excellent and we especially appreciated the very helpful and engaging staff. The location was convenient; we only used the Metro once as almost everything was within a 20-minute walk.

My new go to hotel in Madrid

Perfection. Everything. It can get noisy some times because the hotel hosts a lot of events but its only during the day or from the restaurant. Besides that best hotel I stayed in and I say this as someone who travels twice a month. Will be back for sure!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Madrid

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left we were looked after amazingly. Even down to giving us two bottles of water and a snack when we checked out. Our room was beautiful. The bed was huge and so comfortable. Loved the decor. When we arrived our room wasn’t ready so they looked after our luggage while we went exploring. When we got back they had taken our luggage to the room and even remembered my husbands name. Attention to detail in absolutely everything. I could go on but discover it for yourselves.

Coolrooms Atocha was absolutely our highlight of the trip. It was at the center of everything. We walked everywhere with our five year old without an issue. The hotel staff was so friendly. We were able to check in early and they made the whole experience smoothly. The size of the Junior suite was huge, including the bathroom. We were so surprised that even the sofa bed was made so nice and clean, for our child to sleepnin. Amenity was on another level: they had blowdryer and hair straightener from GHD, and I loved the scent of their toiletry as well. We are definitely going to return if we are ever visiting Madrid again.

Amazing little hotel with exceptional staff

This small and friendly hotel is ideally located in the centre of Madrid perfect for sightseeing.It only has about 37 rooms and every guest's need is taken care of by its well trained and exceptional staff. So if you want super luxury and comfort then this is the hotel for you.
