Staff was nice. The room was very nice. The area around the hotel was convenient with the laundromat a couple of little grocery stores. The restaurant was great plus a close walk to the metro.

It was good, we were just passing and the hotel was very comfortable. I would appreciate maybe a snacks bar or machine, or little store with yogurts and other type of food rather than the restaurant. In general was good!

Great option close to the airport. Hotel is in a tranquil neighborhood, close to supermarkets and the fact they have the restaurant open until 11pm was a big plus for us as we arrived with a kid tired and hungry.

Would give them five stars except for the fact that the room was hot. I went to call the front desk and the phone in the room was not hooked up to anything. Simply a decoration. It would be nice if breakfast was offered earlier as well.

Very good hotel. 5 min walk to train station to get anywhere in Madrid. Great free shuttle bus to and from airport. The breakfast wasn’t free but good. Very fresh pastries and very good coffee machine! I would definitely recommend
