We scheduled one week at this hotel and spent over $4,000. A few days after we arrived there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers. A few days later there was no wifi and we were unable to conduct business on some zoom calls. When we spoke to the front desk, they said there was nothing that could be done because we booked our room through a third party. We thought that was terrible customers service and unacceptable for hotel that charges $500 per night.

Nice hotel in gritty neighborhood

The neighborhood is a little edgy, gritty. Also construction on the road outside went from 7 to 7, so forget a siesta.

Great location. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, live music and attractions. We enjoyed the clean room with a very comfortable bed and nice pillow options. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rooms. Staff is very nice. I had a package delivers to the hotel and they had brought it to my room without me asking them which was a very nice surprise. Location is great. Lots of cafes and restaurant options near by. Would stay there again.
