Large comfortable room. Good location for central Malaga and train station. Very friendly helpful staff. Fairly quiet at night. Would happily stay there again if back in Malaga.

High standard in the center of Malaga

We really Enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a nice central location, so it only takes a 5 minute walk to reach the market hall and the pedestrian streets. The staff is very friendly and greets you whenever you pass the front desk. You’ll find a lot of interesting arts in the hotel. We had breakfast every morning during our week long stay and that is breakfast with a wow factor. We will definitely come back to Mariposa next time we visit Malaga.

Nice hotel well placed in Malaga for all sights and transport links comfy and quiet and nice roof bar just a couple of issues that could so easily be resolved no kettle in room so have to use coffee machine to make tea which means you only get Luke warm tea that has a back taste of coffee and needs more coat hangers in wardrobes as 3 each for 2 adults on a 3 night stay is got enough

Great location in the soho area of malaga. Within easy walking distance of everything.., the beaches, shops, marina, restaurants and bars, the excellent fresh produce market's. We benefitted from the junior suite room. Very spacious very comfortable. Next to the lift though, so an occasional rumble to be heard every now and again. But we enjoyed ourvstay of three nights.

It is in the central area of Malaga and is close to everything. It is also largely pedestrianised and with very beautiful architecture.

Perfect location and a very warm welcome

Great hotel on a quiet street but very close to the centre of things, 5 minutes walk to the station (so only 25 minutes from the airport) and 5 minutes to the old town. A very warm welcome from reception, a room found immediately even though we were technically 3 hours before official check-in. And they remembered us when we returned a week later. Breakfast was great value ath loads of options.

We have stayed at the Mariposa 5 times now. We have just returned and are planning to book again. In all aspects this hotel is excellent. From outside it looks a lovely building. Inside it is modern, spotlessly clean and excellently equipped. Everyone is so friendly. All the staff genuinely appear happy at their work and from the cleaning to reception staff, their efficiency is5 star. Compliments to all and look forward to see you ahain
