We stayed a night during the Easter holiday. Staffs were super nice and helpful. However, the hotel appeared quite understaffed, especially during breakfast. While the entrance sign asked guests to wait to be seated, there was no staff managing seating, so we eventually had to find our own seats after waiting quite some time. Only a handful of staff were struggling to keep up with the demand for food and clean plates for a full house. Despite the pressure, staffs were very professional and welcoming. Regarding the spa, while the view from the pool and sauna was beautiful, the facilities were very frustrating as nearly all lockers were out of order. One guest managed to find a working one, but it didn't open later, so she needed help. We liked the views, but we feel the overall spa experience didn't quite match the price.

This hotel was ok. First impressions were disappointing - I am not a high end luxury type but the hotel looked shabby and basic. A few suggestions for improvement... On arrival I asked about the swimming pool and was told that was extra. I said that I had known the spa was extra but that it had not been clear that the pool was in the spa. Looking back at their info now it does say that clearly but I am not convinced it was like that when I booked or I would not have booked as pool was a priority for me. Equally, listing kettle and coffee making to me suggests two different things so I expected - as in most superior rooms these day - to have a basic coffee maker. Instead there were two sachets of nescafe instant. The safe also did not work so had to get a maitenance person to fix and he also had to fix the door lock. Not the greatest start but also not the end of the world. Overall the hotel was very adequate and basics all fine. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, nice shower, suprisingly quiet given it was on a busy main streeet. Food was pleasant - nothing exciting but perfectly tasty. Only small point, no dessert at dinner. Does not need to be a high end gateau - a piece of fruit or small yoghurt would have been nice. Most positive were the staff who were mostly extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Overall - good basic hotel for a functional stay - less so for more of a relax and unwind experience.

Det var fantastisk, vores hund havde en pude og vand og madskåle, plus vi fik en pose godbidder. Maden var lækker. Der var dog sjældent nogen i baren, så vi drak bare vand til maden. Værelset var meget stort og super fine forhold og venligt personale, der var meget imødekommende

Vi hade en utmärkt vistelse men hade absolut höjts med vissa mindre punkter! - Lite sällskaps/brädspel i loungen. Något enkelt som en kortlek/3 i rad fattades. Obemannat större delen så det var lite svårt att få tag på snacks/dryck här. - Vårt rum var 10/10 men vi hade inga glas och det fattades skohorn. Pumparna i duschen funkade inte heller som de skulle så det var lite frustrerande att pumpa ca 50 ggr för lite shampoo😅 Små noteringar då helhets upplevelsen var toppen. - Spadelen var toppen, stora poolen var kanske lite för kall och det var obemannat alla gånger vi gick för att försöka på tag på lite tilltugg och dryck. Vi lyckades tyvärr inte tag på något och fick nöja oss med vatten. Fanns även en liten skål med frukt som inte fylldes på under våra 3 timmar där. -Maten var helt okej! Här får man kompromissa lite, maten ingick så har inte mage att klaga. Hade nog varit större besvikelse om jag hade fått betala extra. Men- helhetsupplevelsen var toppen. Personalen var behjälplig och supertrevliga. Vi hade en grym vistelse och vi skulle absolut vilja komma tillbaka 🌟

Til morgenmaden manglede der mad i buffeten. Der var ikke nok personale til mængden af mennesker. Gæster spiste knækbrød, da der ikke var brød tilbage. Ikke nok kaffe, juice osv.og de få personale endte med at løbe rundt . Der skal personale til genopfyldning af buffet/kaffemaskine og personale til afrydning af borde. Sæt eventuelt afrydsvogne, så gæster selv kan rydde af efter sig og lette processen.

Fint rum men saknades exempelvis kapsylöppnare och skohorn som man gärna önskar i ett rum. I övrigt fint men ganska slitet på hotellet. Kvällsmaten som ingick var okej, men inget wow. Både frukost och middag kunde varit mer strukturerat/ tydligt, kändes som man fick gå fram och tillbaka/ hit och dit för att hämta det som passade ihop. På kvällsmålet tog även både panerad fisk och stekt potatis slut så fanns bara en rätt kvar att välja på då och då var vi inte på sista sittningen. Spaet som vi köpte till var fint med 1 varmpool, 1 bubbelbad, 2 olika bastu och en relaxavdelning. Plus för mycket att göra för barnen , lekrum, pingis, biljard, dart och fotbollsspel.
