Located right inside the Village Lodge, our one bedroom condo has the best location in town... Top Floor Grand Sierra Lodge! Others advertise a village location but in reality they are across the street and several blocks away. Not us. Our immaculately clean top floor condo is just steps away from dozens of restaurants, bistros, and shops. But best of all, right downstairs you can catch the Gondola to the Mammoth Mountain Ski Resort. No more lugging your skis, boards and boots into your car, hunting for parking at the resort, and trudging for a mile to the ski lifts. You will just park your vehicle in the underground parking garage, and never use it the rest of your stay!

You are in the Village now, so expect to enjoy yourself! You are steps away from the Village heated outdoor pool and four outdoor jacuzzis (yes, even when it's snowing they are nice and warm).

***Use the gym located in our building for cardio or weights with our new Peloton bikes ( and treadmill, elliptical, bicycle, weights, etc.).

*Bring the kids down to the Village promenade to play in the snow, enjoy the various games around the village, roast marshmallows around the firepits, or watch the Saturday parade with Mammoth Host "Woolly."

*Catch the daytime free shuttle or the evening free trolley to get anywhere in Mammoth.

*Enjoy the secure, heated underground garage to park your car and avoid shoveling it out after a big storm!


CONVENIENCE

Check in is super easy. No need to find a rental company office late at night to collect the keys--there is a lockbox right outside our front door. Lockbox combination, wifi passwords and a welcome email with recommendations will be emailed to you one week before arrival. Check out is a breeze, just leave your keys and parking permit on the counter before you go.

My husband and I manage our four homes and rental properties as our full-time job through Mammoth Bliss Vacation Rentals. That means that you have access to our help, knowledge base, expertise, and anything you may need 24/7. We both have all the apps loaded on our phones and laptops, so we will respond to any questions you may have immediately. A hotel has hundreds of other guests vying for the services, beauty, resources, and "exclusivity" of the property. A typical VRBO listing is just the home and no guidance, tips, networking, suggestions, etc. My husband and I provide the best of both worlds giving you amazing support, exclusivity, relaxation, and privacy.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Please leave PARKING PASS + 2 keys on counter (+key in lockbox). MUST BE LEFT BY 11AM, NOT TAKEN FOR USE DURING THE SKI DAY. KEYS NOT ON COUNTER ARE $50/KEY AND PARKING PASS $250 IF NOT LEFT BY 11AM.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Late Checkout: For checkouts after 11am, a double cleaning fee and an additional night will be charged (which can be much more if a weekend/holiday).
Lost Items: If you lose a key/PARKING PASS or return it after the 11am checkout time, a fee of $50 key card or $250 parking pass will be charged.
Lock Out: If you get locked out, there will be a fee of $150 to arrange getting you a new key.

Lovely one bedroom condo. Check in and out were easy. The Village is very walkable and fun. Only issue is that the bedroom window and balcony are very close in view to a condo across the (narrow) street. Not much privacy, but that is our fault for not understanding what The Village was and how dense the buildings are.

Perfect Getaway!

The lovely unit was immaculate upon arrival, nicely furnished and the backdrop to a beautiful time in Mammoth. The Village Lodge is a great location and the pool is amazing. I won't hesitate to return. For Peloton enthusiasts: please note that the model in the gym is not compatible with the clip in shoes. I didn't have an allen wrench to determine if they could be removed.

Solid Rental, Good Management

Good unit, tucked away on the Hillside Drive side of the complex (your view is other condos, this is not one of the units that looks down on the central courtyards of the village). Clean and well maintained. Clear and super easy check-in/out. When we arrived, we discovered that the balcony had just been resurfaced, which made it unusable and also required windows to stay shut due to fumes. After alerting the manager, things were resolved to our satisfaction.

We booked this room through VRBO. It was on the fourth floor. The room was very dirty and had an odd smell. The sheets on the bed hadn’t been washed when we arrived. The pillows were lumpy and old. The pull out sofa is bad joke for a bed. The furniture is old and outdated, looks nothing like the pictures provided on the site. There is mold in the bathroom. We had an allergy attack at 2 am because of dirty sheets, dust, pet hair or the mold or the room just being dirty. I will never stay here again.

Beautifully appointed condo in The Village. Quiet location, easy access to everything. Check in was perfectly spelled out upon receiving our confirmation. Pleasantly surprised to see shampoo/conditioner, body wash and hair dryer was provided (I always forget my hair dryer!) King size bed was super comfortable. Will definitely rent with Michaela again.

Excellent location, property better than photos, all the amenities, clean and great use of space. Would happily stay here again. As a bonus the owners are book lovers like me! There is a small library and the owners leave their two favorite books with a note to keep if you enjoy them. I love it! What a fun and simple way to pass on happiness. Thank you!

Loved our stay here. Great communication, clean, quiet. Really great bed. No place better to stay in Mammoth than the Village. It has the best pool area. All the trolley stops are here and you just can’t find a better unit than this one.
