Have stayed at Gotham for many years, it remains a pleasant stay. General manager was on hand in the bar in the evening and greeted us which was lovely. Only downside is bed and pillows are like bricks so an uncomfortable night unfortunately.

All the staff are friendly, professional and welcoming. Location is great for shopping and the many restaurants Manchester has to offer. Our room was lovely - comfortable bed, ample space, great shower, lots of amenities Special mention to the concierge on both days as they were fantastic. Nothing too much trouble. Valet parking was worth paying for. Would highly recommend a stay here.
