The room was clean other then the bathroom. The bathroom had hair in the shower and there was no water pressure. Other then that it was a good stay.

There was absolutely no water pressure, the rim was sturdy, when they were supposed to clean our room every other day, they did nothing but put new towels out. The sheets were not fitting on the bed, the couch smelled like smoke and was so worn in places you couldn’t sit in that area. The staff was absolutely excellent, but the place is falling down. I recommend this to no one.

Breakfast was nice, pool was awesome, breakfast changed daily which was needed!! Staff was wonderful and the shuttle guys were amazing!!! The only hiccup we had with our stay was at the very end when we needed the shuttle to the airport. Apparently your advised to reserve a time, so keep that in mind if you need a shuttle to the airport early in the morning lol but it was easily fixed by the nice lady at the front desk. If I ever travel back through I will definitely stay again. This family of four was happy with everything!

The staff and room was perfect for our travel out of Manchester airport. We had an early morning flight and our shuttle was there and ready to get us to the airport right in time. The room was comfortable to point point of choosing to stay at Marriot SpringHill going forward with each stay when I go from place to place. Shout out to our front desk receptionist for well representing the hotel, she’s friendly and attentive!
