The apartment unit, overall, is very nice and spacious. The staff service is very good always keeping it clean. It could have been better if there is enough supply of basic guests needs such as toilet paper and paper towels. There was actually no paper towel provided, at least to keep the kitchen counters clean and surface dried. Also, just one hitch when we were initially taken up to the unit not per the reservation we paid for. Although it was resolved but just brought some aggravation on our part because we were expecting to immediately have a good place to relax after a long flight. We appreciate the staff facilitating to get the issue resolved.

Had to wait in Lobby for 15-20 minutes for agent to assist us to Unit. The shower head needed to be changed. Small Bath towels. I wouldn’t stay or recommend this property.

There was no hot water on the second day of our stay in both bathrooms. I believe someone entered our suites and turn off the electric water heater which are located under the sinks , I believe this is a common complaint from other guests not happy about that. Other than that, the view, the layout is exactly as described. Location is great close to everything..

The property offered a view of Manilla and one of the Philippines super malls. It was easy to get groceries and access the mall or have cars pick you up. The staff at the Luxe were amazing everyone including the cleaning staff. The girls at the front desk were informative and super friendly. Josie was incredible and we can’t wait to come back. A big thank you to all the staff.

The unit is clean and is overlooking the Venice canal. The bed (2 doubles combined) is more than big for 2 people. It would work well with couple with small kids.
