Room 22 was without a nice patio as advertised on Expedia. When we entered the room, there was an extremely strong odor of bleach. Mold in the shower. Kitchen wasn't equipped enough. Just a few plates, cups and utensils. Everything seemed dirty, not washed properly. Not enough beach chairs for all guests. Only one paddleboard. Carpet in the restaurant smelled horrible. Pool was dirty. Comfortable king size bed but the couch was noisy and the mattress too thin. Staff was nice.

This is a great, small resort! The ocenfront location, white sands, great landscaping, on-site restaurant, and lovely rooms made for a great 3-night stay. Would have loved to stay longer!

Walls were thin and had adjoining doors. could hear people in the other room breathe. Felt like we had no privacy. TV only worked half the time. Paid in full before arrival. Then when I got there they tried to run my card for $187 and then again when I left for $215. Both were declined because I had my card turned off and they never contacted me about either one which seems scammy. View was good

I did not have WIFI FOR 7 DAYS . Told staff 3 to 4 times. Finally had WIFI on day 8.. Breakfast was great . Air conditioner very loud. Pool and hot tub enjoyable. Asked for a credit regarding WIFI and will see what happens.

The staff was very courteous and kind. The room needs repairs especially in the bathroom. Another mirror somewhere would be very helpful. We had no WiFi and therefore no TV for our entire stay. This needs to be fixed! Overall the stay was pleasant with great views and beach access.

Staff was great!! The Oceanside room was amazing and very comfortable well put together. The first room we had was not as great, Room 24, it has no natural light, no couch in the livingroom, no tv in the bedroom and unfortunately we were there on a record cold days, so weren’t really able to be outside and enjoy the property and thus the 4 star. The back of the property with the ocean was amazing. I was able to fish off the back when the tide was in. The breakfast was delicious and the people working were the nicest people. I’d stay again especially on a budget.
