King bed downstairs memory foam and a queen and full memory foam mattress upstairs.

Outdoor living:
Seating for 4, outdoor firepit, hill side view, Lake Access 1/4 mile away.
The home is surrounded by trees and is very private. Parking for two cars and have a 220 50 amp Car Charging spot.

Dogs are ok up to two. Pet fee of 25.00 will be billed to clean pet hair. No cats or other animals. No smoking allowed in unit. $200 fee if smoking inside the unit.

As a guest of Tree House Tiny Home, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
