While the hotel was quite nice and the cafe area great for a drink and coworking (with really fast wifi) I was disappointed by the lack of amenities. The rooms only had shampoo/body wash with no lotions or conditioner, no mini-fridge, and really poor air conditioning. It is quite disappointing to advertise a 4-star experience and then leave guests sweating in the room with minimal air. While the night manager did his best to accomodate us at 3 in the morning after hours of tossing and turning, it left a poor taste that it even had to get to that point. That being said, all the staff were excellent, the beer and wine selection was great, and the location was hard to beat.

Perfectly located in heart of old port and across street from metro stop that takes you to Marseille Train station. Lots of cafes, restaurants and shops in walking distance. Close to Cathedral. We had a wonderful welcome from super friendly staff, had mint lemon water in lobby, great hospitality. Clean, comfortable, warm hotel that makes you feel a bit of luxury, and they offered to store our luggage for several hours after we checked out, nice gesture. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great service. The staff were very helpful especially the breakfast staff. Great location. Very convenient. Very quite considering the location. Only negatives was no bar fridge, no aircon in the room and not enough lighting and the pillows were paper thin. I had even requested firm pillows however they did not have any. Otherwise, great hotel and would stay again.
