The staff were very nice and accommodating..the room was awesome very big perfect for my large family. The breakfast buffet was super good..lots of different variety. The pool was very nice..and very warm my kids enjoyed it very much. The only downside is my key card denied me enrty after hours into the building 3 times and we wernt given enough towels..also netflix or something would also be a plus for the wind down times at night.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with a fantastic river view. The size of the suite was great and the location was superb. The staff at reception were genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The rooms aren't completely soundproof and even with the secondary glazing in the bedroom you can still hear some train noise outside. But overall it was a really great place to stay and I'd definitely stay again.

We had a one bedroom apartment which had full kitchen facilities, dining table for 3, a good sized lounge area, ample sized bedroom with a comfortable bed and pillows and a good sized wardrobe. Bathroom size was sufficient with a big shower and excellent water pressure and temperature. Whilst we didn’t have a river view room, I noticed during the day we had a great reflection of it in the building next door. If next door had switched off office lights at night, the reflection would have been great then too. The staff were positively engaged and went out of their way to go above and beyond. The price was also excellent. We will definitely return.

Well located hotel in the city and easy walking to Flinders and Southern Cross stations. Rooms were not very sound proof though and you can hear the trains as they go by. Very good value for money overall.
