Spacious, clean room and breakfast area very clean. It was also within easy walking distance from Downtown Memphis. (5 min walk to Peabody - to see ducks). We had one issue with security. The fire exit door had been wedged open with a stone and there was a man sleeping on the top floor stair landing one night. It was cold out, but perhaps camera security needs improving.

We were super surprised at how nice this was. We usually stay at the Hampton Inn down the street. Frankly ,we are tired of paying parking fees. La Quinta had free parking. We brought our E bikes and felt safe leaving in them in the SUV as the parking lot was well lit.
