Me pareció demasiado caro para lo que era la habitación. Tuvimos un accidente con una mesa de vidrio en el cuarto, el gerente y el resto del personal fueron excelentes en su servicio y como hicieron que el resto de nuestra estadía estuviera muy bien. Pero pienso que los escritorios que usan en sus habitaciones no son seguras, mi esposo se lastimó y cortó su mano cuando el escritorio se cayó y rompió en un montón de pedacitos. Vuelvo y repito que el personal fue excelente pero deberían de sacar esos escritorios de todas las habitaciones y además hacer mejor mantenimiento en los baños de las habitaciones.

We really like the location of the hotel the cleanliness the hotel itself was very nice. Having a casino is a nice touch. Price was decent for the hotel and then everything fell apart. We had two drinks in the bar upstairs is $54 plus tip they told us breakfast would be $16 a person that was $45 a person And it was OK nothing special of course we got there on a Sunday needed. Some pesos went to the front desk to try to get them to at least give me 40 or $50 worth of pesos for US dollars they wouldn’t do it finally they said well if I join the casino as a member they give me $40 worth I actually went down the street to a basic mom and pop restaurant. Ask them and they gave me 50 bucks worth in two minutes But in general the hotel is really nice. Location is great. I just thought the customer service was fairly poor for a hotel of it status

We loved our stay at the Park Hyatt Mendoza! The hotel was gorgeous and in the best location for walking, dining and seeing the sites. The staff was helpful and professional and the breakfast was delicious. If you are visiting Mendoza we recommend the Park Hyatt.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic location and service

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Park Hyatt. The service from the moment you step out of the cab is excellent. The doorman helped me with a tricky situation with the cab driver which I was very grateful for. Reception were kind and welcoming and the bar staff at the pool attentive. The location is fantastic for everything in the city including being two blocks from 3 Michelin Star restaurants! The hotel is grand and elegant, it may not be as glitzy new as some Park Hyatts but I think that is reflected in the prices which is lower than some other Park Hyatts. The rooms are large and well appointed. I had a Park room which states it has a courtyard view, so I wasn’t expecting much, but it actually looks out over Indepencence Plaza beyond the courtyard so had a lovely outlook. The pool area was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Mendoza.

BEDBUGS ….they did move us to another room though

Hotel room had bed bugs but they did move us to another room. Service was mediocre at the bar. Manager was nice.
