Entire hotel was a neglected friggen disaster area. Staff appeared disinterested upon arrival. rooms were dirty beyond comprehension furniture was beyond worn out. paint on doors bubbled? toilet seat was loose as toilet wobbled back and forth as it was in use chairs were dirty-- worst I've ever seen.

The staff was nice. The only problem is the floors are filthy. We were with friends which I booked this not knowing that our feet were black after showering. Other than the embarrassment it was ok.

The tv didn’t work which wasn’t a huge deal because I only spent 9 hours there before our cruise. The door stuck really bad so it was very loud and hard to open and close. But not a bad place to stay before a cruise

Room was very old and dirty. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The continental breakfast consisted of apples some cereal and coffee, dining room tables were dirty as well. When I told all of the above to the desk clerk she just said I’m sorry she made no offer to make anything better. We will be canceling the other night stay. Don’t walk but run away from this hotel!

First the staff (2) that we had interaction with were fine, but the rooms were bad...Smoke alarm falling off the wall towel racks in both room coming of the walls, PAINT how hard is to clean up and paint the trim and walls. Then how about the exterior, pick up the trash and palm fronds laying around EVERYWHERE. The post in the ground holding the solar lights numerous ones broken or knocked over and laying on the ground. tennis/pickle ball courts with palm fronds all over. how about the picture post on the web site is from 20 years ago when the place was new. A big misrepresentation of what you get. Just some basic clean up would help this place alot.

Staff was good. Room was neat and soft beds. Absolutely old school. We got clean towels when we needed them, as well as toiletries. We were left to ourselves. The stay was quiet and pleasant. The only thing was the door had to be slammed to shut. It was very loud.
