Me hicieron esperar por mi habitación, cuando ya estaba pagada, le dieron habitaciones a quienes iban llegando y no habían pagado, y la mía nada, hasta que me paré a decirles, por qué se me hizo ingusto, las recepcionistas lucían cansadas o tenían prisa de salgo, la vibra no era buena, parecen trabajar a fuerza, la piscina parece laberinto, aun que es de paso o de descanso que veo asi lo ofrecen, las habitaciones mucho que desear, sin frigobar en una junior ni en suprem. Me gusta más el de Polanco. Creo las chicas necesitan vacaciones.

Positive experience

I had a wonderful stay at the Camino Real in Mexico City. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a great blend of modern comfort and Mexican charm. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. My room was clean, spacious, and quiet, and I especially appreciated the amenities and central location. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Good location, room quality varies

I've stayed at this hotel many times because it is so conveniently located. This past trip was not quite what I've experienced in the past with a 35 minute wait to get my key, and the condition of the room was not up to my expectations. The room itself was not very clean and the sink was broken. This is my first time that the room wasn't up to normal standards however but I was quite surprised.
