The room was awful the sink was cracked no fridge or minibar not a single decoration in the room there was a ramp in front of the door entrance to the room you had to climb in order to get to the room you feel like you were in a cheap warehouse not in a hotel of the level of Camino Real !

Hotel is great but beware

I have stayed at this place for a few times now. It is great and convenient but they don’t make me feel welcome just because I booked the stay from a 3rd party outfit instead of directly from the hotel. This last time their intention was to give me a room in the north tower which are rooms that are not very appealing. So every time I feel like I have to “beg” to them to give me a better accommodation in the main building, even though I’m technically paying for the service. So every time I said to my self I’m not going back but for me reason or another I forget about it and go through the same situation again. @Hotels.com please negotiate better accommodations. Other than this the issue the hi otro is great.
