It was okay, and then I extend and saw how unhelpful it all is.
Pros: clean rooms, great amenities, good value. That’s about it.

Check-in experience
Expect to checkin your self when you arrive using a digital platform. Whilst most platforms do forward emails from the hotel to you (Expedia) they can be easy to miss. So when you arrive, you’ll realise checkin was something that was meant to be done 24 hours prior.
Hotel foyer
The foyer serves as a upmarket restaurant and seems to be the priority downstairs. Therefore it stinks of food even when not in service. It’s something that makes you cringe a little. There are also two doors, hotel and restaurant, they seem the same. But if you arrive during restaurant hours the restaurant will deny you entry and tell you to use the hotel door. Even though it literally goes into the same foyer.
Lift and hallways
Very out dated and clunky, I question if I’ll be trapped in it at times, the hallways are also incredibly dirty.
Staff
Not present whatsoever, everything is done over SMS, any questions you have. Zero house keeping either. When I extended my stay the team would not provide luggage storage when I asked over SMS. They said I’d need to use an external provider. A simple question, but they give you the energy of “not my problem, good luck”. To most auditions when asked.
Hot water
It’s luke warm at best, rarely gets hot. I had a cold shower the other day.
