It is in a good location and beautiful area. But the hotel itself needs an upgrade. At the time of are stay there was construction going on replacing some patio work that was annoying noise. We moved rooms and still heard the noise started at 10 AM in the morning. Upon up request the hotel did compensate us with free breakfast. Might not visit this hotel again.

I got there, mandatory parking of 40$ each day.. after paying for hotel which is not in expensive I’m expecting the hotel to be a par. I go down to the pool, states has two hot tubs one of them was out of service and closed completely so I walk further to the second one the water wasn’t even hot so i contacted front desk, it was fixed about an hour later. The beds were not Comfortable to be such an expensive hotel you’d think You’d be sleeping on something comfortable. I ate twice inside of the hotel once at the bar downstairs they took 45 Minutes to bring our nachos and empanadas.. then I ate breakfast in the morning in the hotel as well they took 30 minutes to bring out the food and it wasn’t Complete was missing Our toast when they brought out the toast it was just bread, it was not toasted.

The staff is amazing! Best service Ive had in a long time. The location is amazing and the common areas and facilities are great. However the room was so dated and although clean still seemed dingy. Couldn’t use the balcony which was a huge bummer. The door would not open at all. Possibly it was welded shut. Overall it was a nice stay but overpriced for the condition of the room. Hopefully they plan to update them soon

The elevators where non functioning October 31 leaving me on the terrace until midnight Ruining my next day I was exhausted It gets worse November 2 my Sons Wedding the elevators where non functioning again from 6:30am No food, no water, I was on the 21st floor Planned brunch with friends in the restaurant impossible My girlfriend on the 11th floor was suppose to do my hair for the Wedding We are reaching 60, not going to ask her to climb those stairs 2:30 we had to leave for the Wedding No elevators yet, so walked down 21 flights of stairs to make my Sons Wedding in time Exhausted, dehydrated, weak My legs where shaking And of course there was no housekeeping However! I do not hold that against the staff They where trying their best carrying bundles of towels up and down the stairs It was actually sad to see management would make them do that I’m ok using a towel twice! It was an unpleasant and exhausting experience Not how I imagined my Son’s Wedding weekend My compensation was no resort fees I asked to not be charged for November 3 night stay because AC changesd my flight They, the Hotel can’t do that It’s up to Expedia
