We come to SoBe Miami every year and this was our first time to stay at Hotel Victor snd we fell in love with this charming property. The staff was amazing; the location ideal; the pool and day beds overlooking the ocean were a welcomed surprise( and — our room!!!! Wow!!! Crisp, clean, spacious and gorgeous. I was with my son on this trip and will be back again — next time with my husband for a romantic get-away. Also, the room rates were so reasonable and their relationship with neighboring restaurants to receive additional discounts was a total bonus! Thanks for a great stay. We’ll be back! Cheers!

not all rooms have a (beach) view, small rooms with very high price, although the guys at the front desk were nice there was one lady (who probably had some personal issues that she was trying to deal with and was very evident when she spoke), she didnt have basic courtesy when checking-in, she was rude.. not worth paying the kind of money they charge to get treated the way she did.. SAD.. not going there again!

Staff was nice. Location was perfect. No bar in the lobby but lots of bars as soon as you walk out on the strip. For whatever odd reason there are no shower curtains in the tub/shower. I found that very strange.

We found ants on the room coffee machine tray. They were attracted to some old and very unappealing coffee creamer packets the hotel provides. One housekeeper was extremely rude when we politely asked if they could come back to clean in 30min as we were getting ready to go out. The fitness center of the hotel is extremely outdated, including treadmills without touchscreens. Nor did they have any stretching mats or any area on the floor for any kind of basic yoga/stretching. When I notified the front desk about an issue with one of the machines no one ever came to the gym to assist. Overall, poor service quality at this hotel and quite basic amenities.
