I stayed here multiple times. I was in a room that need major repairs especially under the sink area look like patchwork. This was always my Go-To hotel in south beach but I’m gonna try another hotel on my next trip until they decide to do upgrades and renovations

We had a VIP room with a mini fridge that really wasn’t working so we couldn’t refrigerate the wine given as VIP perk. We left it in freezer for two days so it would cool then took it down to the bar to have it opened for us. We asked for wine glasses to enjoy the wine there at the bar and they said they could only give us plastic cups. The room was small for the price paid and once the shower was going for more than 5 min the water smelled a bit like rotten egg. Our room had a door access to another room and it was super noisy. The family next door we obnoxiously loud and didn’t let us sleep . The pool was very clean and that we did enjoy . The staff was also nice when we checked in . Everything is a good walking distance from hotel but honestly any other hotel could’ve accomplished the same for less .

Ok property. Nice room, great room service. Front desk staff fairly disinterested. Lots of excellent restaurants and shopping all around. Did not feel safe walking at night. Really slow elevator. And if you were heading up, and someone pressed “down,”the elevator would change directions and head down first. Just a nit but took a long while to get up to or down from room. For the money it was good enough. I’d stay there again.

Very good location near Ocean Drive. Room type was perfect with great balcony’s. Staff at hotel and the restaurant really made the stay so much more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip!
