Really liked the location. Very central and close to the beach. Rooms are nice. I know some complain about the lack of an elevator, but I am 70 years old and had no problems getting the luggage up to the room.

The same day we checked in. During the evening after taking showers, my partner returns to the bathroom to use it and he finds, what we think were "termite ants" infestation on the towel on the bathroom floors. When prompted to the property administration to get this looked into and either place us in a different room or request for partial/full refund of our stay. They processed to seem like they'll have someone come into the room to see the issue and later on in the day, say they came to the room to "bug spray" it. They ended up lying and never even came to address the issue seeing as we spent the majority of the day in our hotel room and the towel where the bugs were on was still in the bathroom. I definitely won't be booking here again seeing as they should have at least compensated us a partial refund for insect infestations (that's a liability of any property owner to compensate their customers) and the unprofessionalism of staff not coming to the suite to check out and resolve the issue or even find a different lodging for us to stay at after the complaint.

I enjoyed it very much. The room was nice and convenient with the refrigerator and stove top. They were a lot of restaurants on a Español way that we tried two or three. I would go again.

The location is great! Walking distance to shopping, dining, and the beach. The only con was that even though if you arrive early we were told we could leave our luggage and we kept texting and they kept assuring us someone would arrive soon to store our luggage, and no one arrived in an hour. We just went to one of the restaurants there with our luggage. The rooms are not cleaned if your stay is less than 4 nights. Even with this, I would stay here again.
