There is no service at all. We are in the hotel for 2 nights. Nobody clean the room. As matter of the fact they ask guests to pick up the trash and tidy up after themselves although they said it is not required. No front desk as stated in advance but there is a gentleman in building one he is very nice and helped us to get into the building and room which can be confusing to start. He also helped us with luggage! Thanks a lot!! As itā€™s a big deal because thereā€™s no elevator. Location is great! Walkable to everywhere we want to go. Lots of restaurants around. Room is clean and comfortable. We were there on March 5 and 6th.

Would have been hard to find but the property provided tons of instructions beforehand so it wasnā€™t too bad. Located on an extremely popular pedestrians only street so very walkable to the beach and to shopping/restaurants. The room was very large and in good condition. We did stay in a room directly facing the pedestrian street, and it was definitely loud. They play music on the street and you can hear the bass thumping. It wasnā€™t shut off until around 3AM. However the property is transparent about that in their add. Other rooms are probably quieter. Only complaint is that the building entry keypad took many tries before it would open. Other reviews have reflected this, hopefully they repair it soon. Good price point given the area.

Nice place

My husband & I had a good time, the place was nice & clean, in a great location. The only complaint I have is that the water for the shower wasnā€™t very warm, the water pressure wasnā€™t great, and the half shower door doesnā€™t help to keep the heat in, so you get cold, otherwise a great place to stay.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The service is non-existent, staff are completely unresponsive, and getting into the building is a nightmare. If you havenā€™t checked in online, you wonā€™t even be allowed inside. Even with the code, the lock wouldnā€™t open, leaving me stranded on a busy street at 8 PM with luggage for over 30 minutes, desperately trying to reach someone over the phoneā€”no one answered. I only got in because another guest happened to be walking in and let me through. The incompetence didnā€™t stop there. I requested towels at 6 PM the day after arrival and was told to retrieve them myself from a closet with a codeā€”only to find it completely empty. When I messaged them again, their response? "Weā€™ll have them tomorrow." No alternatives, no solutions, just indifference. The next day came and still no towelsā€”but guess what? I did receive multiple text messages reminding me to check out at 11 AM. Instead of providing basic hospitality, they bombard you with endless, useless texts, offloading their responsibilities onto guests so they can run this place remotely from who-knows-where. They are nowhere to be found when you actually need help. The only redeeming quality is the location, but it's absolutely not worth the frustration. Avoid this place unless you enjoy doing all the work while getting nothing in return.

Quick winter get away

A quick winter get away. Room was adequate with basic items. Coffee pot, towels, hairdryer. Need more places to hang items wet towels etc extra hooks would be helpful. Location is great. No front desk staff, but may run into cleaning staff if you have questions.
