All around a great experience..conveniently located… the floors in our room were pretty dirty (which is fine)… the air fresheners they used were a it for my allergies. & I asked for towels and they were not brought up. Outside of that everything was good.

The front desk staff at this hotel were amazing! The hotel was conveniently located and pretty clean. It could definitely use some freshening up (ripped/stained pillows, rusty faucets, peeling paint, etc.) especially for the price. We were sad that the rooftop deck was closed the whole night for a private party because that was one of the main reasons we booked this specific hotel (rooftop sunset). The area outside of the hotel reeked of garbage; luckily the inside smelled much better. The staff were definitely the highlight of this hotel.

Loved the location. That was perfect and was walkable all for South Beach. The only downside it is a small boutique hotel and did not expect the rooms to be as tight as they were even for two people. so be aware of that when booking.
