Miami Vacation manages the misleading unit available, I booked a studio unit with kitchen and laundry, instead they placed us in a basic simple "guest room" with a king bedroom and the bathroom! I contacted them via email, text messages and calls with NO RESPONSE until 7 pm last evening before check out! They have been sending automated messages through Expedia ignoring all my attempts to discuss the room assigned! Will take proper actions to report this SCAM!

We love this hotel! It’s our second time going to Miami and we immediately knew we wanted to stay here again because we loved it so much the first time. The location is 10/10, there’s so much to do just a walk down the street from the hotel and the area is so beautiful it makes me wish I could move to Miami permanently. The amenities in the hotel are great and everything about our stay was as well.

This Air BnB has amazing views of the water and The Grove downtown area. Easy parking and everything was walkable. Great location. Unfortunately, the late night street noise / racing made sleeping very challenging. It of control of the property but disappointing that the locals have no respect for people that stay / live right off the main road.

We've stayed at the Arya 8 times now in different units. My daughter goes to UM and we always stay here when moving her in/parent's weekend. The building is a mix of hotel rooms and privately owned condos that are all decorated differently (some with upgraded features. Some with the bare minimum) This unit faced the back and overlooked the hotel's event space and parking garage with a sliver of a water view (Bayside) if you looked hard to the right. It was very comfortable, clean and had a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. My only issue was that the electronic privacy shade was not operable. It would made noise but the shade would not go down. I sent a few messages at check in to the management company but did not receive a response. So I went to the front desk for help. The hotel sent up maintenance who confirmed it was broken. So we had to sleep in the unit with absolutely no privacy and tons of light (nighttime and sunrise). The hotel sent someone to repair it the next day. Should have been operating. Additionally the front door would not lock at all. Almost like the door was warped and would not catch the lock. So I used the security bar and put the bar stools in front of the door each night. The front desk told me to push the button to lock. However, it was a key lock system and not electronic. Location is great. Free parking is great. We did not use any of the amenities (pool, dining, etc) and only made 1 coffee and took 1 shower during our stay.

The Hotel is very good. The unit itself is outdated and needs serious maintenance repairs. The bathroom sinks got clogged. The sofa bed should not be described as a bed where anyone can sleep. The mattress is inclined upwards which makes it impossible to sleep on it.

I stayed at the Arya hotel and didn’t realize it was a condo renting from a private residence. Overall the room was very clean and the hotel was good as well. The only issue was getting towels and room service which I didn’t realize would not be done the entire stay. The hotel only provided fresh towels if asked which was annoying. Overall an acceptable experience aside from not cleaning the room during the stay.
