Property was not in a nice neighborhood. No coffee in room. Room not as clean as it could have been. View was bad. Hard to get food or drink at hotel. If you stay here be sure you have a car. No curtain in bathroom, not sure if it was privacy glass or not (also glass shower doors). However, staff was very nice, helpful and professional.

Even teenagers approved

Took my teens shopping so we needed a place for one night. This place was amazing that even the teens loved it. Great shower, comfortable beds and spacious clean room. We will be back!

I enjoyed my stay at Serena. I stayed on the 6th floor close to everything (bar/restaurant, pool, patio). Every staff member I talked to provided great customer service, especially at the bar. Will stay here again.
