Advertised with view and balcony except you couldn’t sit on balcony only stand. Room was clean. Coffee terrible in room which is in resort fee. Liked beach service staff worked hard there with all the customers.

My wife and i loved this place. There are places with in walking distance for everyday things like starbucks, a super market, walgreens, cvs and others. The resort is beautiful and has a great restaurant and very clean facilities. Staff was friendly. I never cared for miami but decided to get of the cold and head there. Because we found this place we will be coming down multiple times per year

Great location on the beach with good amenities. Loved the vibe. Beach and door staff were great! Comfortable bed. Nice shower. I wish the kitchen was open more hours and offered more gluten free options, or just more options overall. The rooms could use a deep cleaning, for example we had chunks of dust collecting and stringing from our lamps. The staff did not seem to all be on the same page. Drinks and food were different prices depending on who rang you up, and when I talked to an employee in the hallway about my issues with noisy neighbors, they respond with "oh, ok" with no action or follow up. Towels sometimes took hours for delivery. Meetings at the bar during business hours is not a good experience for the customer either. Overall a good experience, the staff just needs a little help with cohesiveness :)

Room and bathroom were relatively clean, stains noted on bedsheets. Easy access to beach and pool. Resort fee was expensive, beach chairs were only limited for 2 people each which is inconvenient. Waited too long for an umbrella. Ocean view was spectacular, clean beach. Waves were strong. Staff were nice and accommodated late check-out.

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it offers a stunning view of the beach. The resort is well-organized, and the staff are incredibly friendly. There's also plenty of shopping nearby, and I highly recommend visiting Haulover Park on Tuesdays for the amazing food trucks. The food is delicious, and if you love beautiful gardens, you'll find some lovely ones there too
