We enjoyed our short stay, the only thing I would say is that the site states that they give you a free bottle of water with the other amenities and access to the bikes and Beach which we did get except for the bottle of water.

20-25 min drive from the airport lincol rd Collins and ocean dr(dining,shopping,bars ) 15-25 min walk beach some restaurants Walgreens 5-10min walk clean property very cute lobby with pool table breakfast food is great hotel provides entertainment like beer pong movie sip and paint nights outside are had pool hit yup and bar on smaller side but very nice rooms are simple but clean for the price you pay it is very very good

The bedrooms were extremely cold - thermostat did not work. I also found dried blood on my blanket upon my arrival. Rooms are pretty small and the washroom is tiny.

I did not like that after calling and asking for good room i was told to call expedia. (Which I did and requested a high floor facing the city). When i arrived i was given a low floor andfacing the ba k of the building on a low floor. I even mentioned that i stayed there several times when they were affiliated to Hilton. My wife had to beg for a better room while they mocked her. This is how you treat a loyal repeat customer? I don't think i will be going back. (BTW - I stay in hotels very frequently (Ambassador level with Marriott) and i chose to stay with them because pf such a great stay previously. The new boutique hotel needs an education on treating repeat loyal customers the best.

I love the location and how close it is to the beach. All staff were very accommodating and when we checked out we had an evening flight so they let us leave our bags at the hotel while we hung around the city. It’s also very family friendly. Brought my family from Norway here and they liked it. The pool is decently sized and quiet.

The property is good however when we first walked into the room, the sink wasn’t working and the room also has an interesting smell to it. However they were very nice about fixing the issues and the pool is very nice and it’s a very convenient location.

I had the most horrible experience with this hotel They had to move me 3 times. First the shower had to be replaced,2nd room no air!3rd got lock out on the balcony for 30 minutes before someone came to rescue me I had to threaten them with calling the authorities. WORST HOTEL! DONT STAY HERE
