Nice hotel for a night or two. The hotel is in a good location and is very clean and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was just okay but free is free.

I like the pool, breakfast, and cleaning of the lobby, I didn't like the courtesy at the checking, the personality, one day they didn't clean the bathroom, didn't bring towels we had to pick them at the desk, the shower clogged for 3 days, no curtains on the shower when we got in. Stay 4 days and didn't take care of shower clogged

We loved our stay at this hotel, very welcoming, great staff, very clean, quiet, holiday inn always has an amazing breakfast spread. We highly recommend this hotel and if in the area again we will definitely stay here.

Great place to stay

The hotel has a friendly, helpful staff. The room was maintained well and the housekeeping was above many hotels that I have stayed in. Breakfast each morning was fresh and they serviced a great variety of items.

Our first room only had the sheer shade at the window, which looked to be wired as an electrical shade. Unfortunately it did not work, no power to the switch, and there was no privacy shade. We alerted the front desk. They offered another room. That room had issues with the tv that kept cutting out with a message that said it had lost connection and that we needed to contact our internet provider. Once again, the manager at the front desk was prompt as coming to the room to fix it. There were loose wires in the back of the tv. Both rooms had stained carpet, the second had leftover popcorn under the sofa. Also both room the furniture had stains. I required a handicap accessible room due to a recent injury. With the second room not having the equipment that we needed for safety in the shower, the manager did provide a shower seat to us. We also found a hair in our bed, but by this time we were exhausted and just brushed it out. One of the washclothes that we used still smelled of ladys perfume, not like a typical hotel linen smell.of freshly bleached and sanitized linens. The lobby appeared to be clean. We will be traveling to this location quite frequently in the future, and will not be staying at this motel.
