So convenient for our travel from the train station. Every staff member we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. Especially Sylvia, who checked us in, walked us to the elevator, gave us an excellent recommendation for a restaurant and showed us the way.

It was okay. Convenient, right by the train station, Milano Centrale and the yellow line. Just steps right in front of the hotel, sometimes there would be a door man that would assist with your luggage, otherwise early morning, there was no one at 0530. They gave me a handicap friendly room, so I did not like the shower where the curtains are just the ones dividing the floor or the toilet which would always create a ton of splash when showering.

Absolutely awful experience at NYX Hotel Milan. We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it completely ruined that part of our trip. The room was infested with either bedbugs or mosquitoes — I was bitten all night and couldn’t sleep even for a single minute. What was supposed to be a relaxing and memorable stay turned into a nightmare. For a hotel that claims to be modern and upscale, the lack of basic hygiene and pest control is shocking. We expected comfort and cleanliness, but instead got itching, exhaustion, and disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope management takes this issue seriously — no one should have to go through what we did.

Fantastic, comfortable central stay

Excellently clean hotel, friendly staff and a really nice atmosphere. The beds are so comfortable! And we were really grateful for a free upgrade to a suite - we weren’t told why we were given an upgrade but very much appreciated it!
