Bottles for hand soap, shampoo and conditioner were all empty. Had to repeatedly ask for someand the guy seemed relunctant to help as the we were lying. Got back to the hotel late and we didn't get housekeeping. When I asked about it, I was informed that you have to request. Needed to ask for more soap and towels. Our garbage cans were full and beds a mess. On top of all this, our sheets were stained, walls were a mess and the ceiling had small holes everywhere. Definitely wouldn't stay at this place again.

I was there for 5 days. No housekeeping for 4 days. On checking I was told they were still following the Covid era policies of not doing housekeeping until asked for !!!! They did bother to tell the policy at the check or in the written policy document placed inside the room. How convenient!!

Dog fee too expensive!!

I was here for a dog show. $70.00 per dog is too expensive. Special consideration should be made when dog show people are bringing in a lot of money and business to your area.

Please let employees know smoking by the front door leaves a bad impression. Provide a smoking area 30-50 feet from guest entries. Many of us hate cigarette smoke when entering the hotel. Breakfast needed attention on replenishing. Had to ask for change of sheets, bed making after two days. Price fine for experience, not the BW I expected.

Not much room outdoors to potty dogs. No room for them to run. Small room but adequate for short stay. We needed to cancel one room due to inclement weather next day and couldn’t do much with doggies. Loved the breakfast which was substantial choice. Mattresses slept well. Very quiet by our room Reasonable fees Overall nice stay Thank you 😊

$20 for early check-in, but we arrived quite early. We were allowed to check-out very early in the am. Very kind staff, nice breakfast, nice water pressure showers, adequate towels. Room did have a mildew smoke-like smell.
