The noise of the elevator was so crazy! All I could hear was whooshing sounds literally all day and most of the night. And they "upgraded" us to a room with a view of rooftops when I booked a river views... bummer 😞

The room was fine, but it wasn't serviced one day. Valet shuts down at 9 PM some nights, meaning you self park your car but still pay for valet which is stupid. I didn't like that there was no coffeemaker in the room.

Lovely large room with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Interesting lobby and two art galleries, plus art details in the rooms. Helpful and pleasant staff. A glass of champagne upon arrival and check in!!
