Very clean room, friendly staff, amazing waterpark! Family friendly, warm water, and excellent life guards. The only reasons I gave it only 4 stars is because the room was pretty drab and run down(clean just old and a bit worn out looking) and because everywhere I turned I felt like I was being asked to spend more money. It was like a constant advertisement trying to get me to buy more everywhere I turned. Overall good though. I plan to return, I would recommend it. Look for quieter times of year to get a deal.

The phone in the room did not work. I could barely hear when trying to call down and get service. They said they were coming up to fix the phone and never did There was a mix-up with the rooms. I got bunk beds for the kids but the kids were not added to the trip and they gave me a hard time. It was extremely crowded but it was a holiday
