Handicap Room small otherwise love the hotel!!!

424 is a handicap room. 409 is not. We ended up having our handicap mom stay in the NON handicap room of 409 because there is MUCH more room to get wheelchair in that room!!!!! Super weird that the room that can fit a wheelchair is NON handicap and the one that IS handicap can't fit one. Staff amazing - good breakfast - comfy rooms and clean!!!! Ice machines work and laundry facilities nice!

The whole hotel was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. Coffee tasted great as well.

Staff were great at arrival. Excited to see you and helpful with a couple needs we had. Rooms and hallways were clean. It was convenient for staying and getting to the park and ride for Ren Fest.

Was not the room I reserved and they would not change it. They were not apologetic. Mentioned several times that I had booked with a third party(hotels.com) and did not seem happy about that. They didn’t ID me when I checked in and are the only hotel I remember not ID ing me ( I’ve stayed 30 nights in hotels this year as I do every year) Huge safety concern!! I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times since mid summer but will not stay there again.

We get there, the front desk attendant has attitude from the start when I tell her we’re checking in for a reservation. She tld me I only had one room. That’s when Anna the manger come up, told me that’s why I shouldn’t use a third party booking sight and only call the hotel. That’s there’s nothing they could do, they were full. When I showed her my booking and two rooms, she than asked for a second name. When I gave her what I thought it would be she told me she couldn’t find it and again it was my fault for using a website.
