Boooo- booking includes a free drink per person and free parking. We did not receive a drink and they tried to charge us $5.00 the first night in a separate booking. In this booking for the second night- we took some stuff out to our car at 9- leaving the majority of our belongings in the room. We were in town to visit a family member who is very weak and has limited time left. We went to get him to visit for a couple of hours. While we were gone the cleaned our bathroom- leaving a heavy scent of bleach in the room. So when we returned with our family member we could not visit in our room that we had paid for until a noon check out! Complained to the front desk and they offered a very messy meeting room. Do instead out private family gathering- possibly his last was in the very public and busy lobby area-

Room was very nice, and the breakfast was good--clean and well maintained area with good options. The only thing that kept me from giving it a five-star rating was the anti-social clerk who checked us in. I've never had a less personable hotel clerk before; he acted like it was painful to wait on me and had almost nothing to say. Very awkward experience.

one thing we liked was the heating/air conditioning unit was quieter and ran less frequently than other hotels. However, there was a train two of the four nights that was very close and blew its loud train whistle during the night.

The front office staff is not helpful or knowledgeable. I made a reservation for two rooms through Expedia, and when we arrived, they only had our reservation for one room. Also, they charge an "incidental" amount, in this case $163.00. I was never informed of this charge. I was only told about a $20 "hold" charge. I texted back and forth with Tori, the manager, to get help and a receipt and got no response. When I finally did get her on the phone, she told me I would have to wait at least 5-7 days to get that "incidental" charge refunded. I still have never received an invoice from our stay even though I have requested it twice.
