Avoid this Location

The hotel is situated 100 feet from active railroad tracks. The freight trains, blowing their horns, came through around 10PM and 4 AM. Absolutely terrible location. The shower doors did not close completely, leaving the floor to get wet. I booked through Hotels.com VIP Gold and the hotel did not recognize it.

Bad hotel

This hotel is an area with nothing but industrial buildings. Any attractions in or near the city require a complicated route of highways with challenging exits and changes. The person at the front desk when we arrived took a very long time to acknowledge that we were trying to check in (at the standard afternoon check in time), and had an unprofessional demeanor in general. The room was okay, but bed linens smelled like cabbage or broccoli, as did the hotel's laundry facility down the hall. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my son opted to sleep on the floor. None of us got a good night's sleep. Avoid this hotel!

Perfect!

My only recommendation for future stays is replenishment of breakfast options. We came in during the first hour and several breakfast options were already out. Otherwise excellent property, excellent staff, price qas surprising for the excellent condition of the property.

I was not the one staying , it was my niece and her family as there was a family emergency that they needed a place that was close to the hospital as their child is in ICU. It was very convenient for them to be close to their child, they needed to extend their stay and once they explained to the hotel they gave them a better rate to stay longer , thank you so much to the staff we all thank you.
