Beautiful hotel. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite. The suite smelled very strong of smoke. Broken door handle on one room, outlets need to be replaced as plugs would not be secure in most of them. Our suite needed to be repainted throughout the suite. Otherwise was ok.

Room was nice, hydromassage shower head was great, view outside was pretty. Pool was fun for the kids! Complimentary breakfast was great too. Only complaint is that there were stains on the mattress that were questionable.

Above ground parking ramp (5th Ave) is undergoing some remodeling. So that was kind of tight, but there was plenty of parking. Chad checked us in, multiple rooms and parking vouchers, and he was excellent! Great area off the pool for us to gather, have our pizza and celebrate a birthday. Pool was a little small, but good size for our toddlers. Fun experience for all!!

Our room was good, it was not an upgrade as I was told upon check-in but the room that I paid for. The pool is tiny, but had two small hot tubs one that was chemically unbalanced. The for purchase items were way over priced. We had to wait 10-15 minutes to be served despite not having any one else in the area.
