After not being at that hotel for multiple personal bad experiences with people I’ve stayed there with, it was nice to see that there were some visible changes like the $75 deposit, the rooms that were highlighted with new flooring, the new colored doors. It felt like a new hotel to me which was very nice.

I don’t know what I was expecting but this place terrifying. If you love all night yelling and banging on doors and walls this will be just the place for you to settle in and freak out.

Stayed at this place for a few months while waiting for my house to be finished and it was really bad! Rats ate my food and my dogs food.. when I moved to a different room it had roaches. We ordered a pizza and some random guy took it from the pizza guy hand and ran. Police are often there for a call. Prostitution at its finest. Only that was cool was the sweet sexy chocolate lady at the front desk I believe her name was Val! Other than that, that place has a lot of work to do! A LOT!!

Heat vent did not work. Was blowing cold air for the majority of the night. Mattress had a stain. Several broken areas on the furniture. Could not use the safety door latch. Make you put a $75 deposit down which is not listed anywhere until you get there.

The toilet was broken, the room was freezing cold, the property was full of creepy vagrants who were watching my son and I and asking innapropriate questions to my young son. The key didn’t work, the door was broken. It felt very unsafe I was too scared to stay there and I left after a few hours. Didn’t even spend the night there. Next time I’ll sleep in my car.

It just about had everything within walking distance and what was not in walking distance was right there outside your door love the pool and just the whole Roseville community in our St Paul does a really good job with that suburb
