Staff were super friendly and helpful. Very secure building, you have to use keys to get in and use them on the elevators, etc.There appears to be someone watching the front desk and common areas pretty consistently which helps me feel safe. Some repairs needed in the rooms, I noticed some water damage in one corner. But the suite was really nice, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. I would return here. Very convenient. We did dinner and a show and both the restaurant and theater were less than a 5 minute walk.

Everything would have been excellent except the fact at 8am all the way to the checkout time someone there decided it was ok to start drilling and pounding a hammer for hours. They must have been doing maintenance. Also our main tv in the suite was not functioning but that wasn’t a big deal. So much for trying to sleep in

Simple, great service. The concierge was quick, direct and, nice. The room was immaculate and the facility as a whole was very well kept. The dining area was spacious and clean and the breakfast was fantastic.
